Steven Brian Spedale, MD, FAAP, President is a 1985 graduate of the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed both his residency in pediatrics and fellowship in neonatology at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Dr. Spedale is board certified in pediatrics and sub-board certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine. He serves as the Chief of Neonatology at Woman's Hospital and Ochsner Medical Center at Baton Rouge.

Cynthia A. Voelker, MD, FAAP

Cynthia A. Voelker, MD, FAAP is a 1989 graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her residency in pediatrics at LSU and fellowship in neonatology at LSU and Tulane Medical Center. Dr. Voelker is board certified in pediatrics and sub-board certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine. She serves as the Chief of Neonatology at Lane Regional Medical Center.
